You will act as the strategic partner to the VP of Retail Operations, driving executive storytelling, leading cross-functional program management for key retail initiatives, and providing rigorous business analysis to shape strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 8-12 years experience with top-tier management consulting background
• Demonstrated retail industry exposure across multiple functions
• Exceptional ability to build executive-level communications
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and modeling skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority

Responsibilities

• Own executive presentations for C-suite and founder reviews
• Lead cross-functional program management for strategic retail initiatives
• Surface risks and drive accountability to milestones
• Pressure-test strategic decisions with business case development and P&L modeling
• Connect financial and operational data to inform action
