💼 About This Role

You'll manage and enhance the Salesforce platform for Sales and Customer Service teams, keeping it secure and scalable. You'll own BAU support, configuration, and reporting while contributing to Apex, LWC, and integrations. Work directly with a Senior Salesforce Engineer and a Senior Product Manager to solve real user problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily BAU support for Salesforce issues and requests
• Configure and enhance Salesforce for security, scalability, and alignment
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking
• Contribute to Flows, Apex, LWC, and integrations

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a commercial environment
• Strong configuration skills: objects, flows, validation rules, reports
• Exposure to Apex and/or LWC
• Comfort working with Sales or Customer Service stakeholders
