You'll act as a key point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance at Ebury. You'll manage a portfolio of up to 300 clients and ensure they have Ebury as their main platform for international payments. This role offers the chance to join a fast-growing fintech and contribute to the launch of a new client servicing department.

- Manage a portfolio of up to 300 corporate clients.
- Provide daily operational and trading assistance.
- Handle client inquiries across multiple platforms.
- Identify and resolve client issues proactively.
๐ Requirements
- Client servicing experience in a high-pressure environment.
- Multitasking and prioritization skills with daily deadlines.
- Numerical skills for exchange rates and profit margins.
- Communication skills for liaising with internal departments and clients.
