You'll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and development while creating an amazing in-store experience for customers and employees. You'll drive sales and build relationships, ensuring operational excellence and customer engagement. This role combines leadership with a passion for music and pop culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Store Manager in achieving sales plan and comp sales goals
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team
• Create buzz and customer engagement through promotions and social media
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
