You'll join a design system team to shape how Superbet's products look, feel, and behave at scale. Your work will enable consistent, cross-platform experiences across multiple brands and regions. This role stands out for its focus on bridging design and code tightly, with dedicated design system engineers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain components, patterns, tokens, and assets in Figma.
• Partner with engineers to keep Figma and code in sync.
• Define and evolve component APIs for flexibility and ease of use.
• Create documentation in Notion to support designer and developer adoption.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience with design systems and a portfolio demonstrating depth.
• Expert proficiency in Figma including variables, modes, and component properties.
• Strong UI craft and motion design skills with usability focus.
• Solid accessibility experience and commitment to inclusive design.

• Experience with multi-brand or themeable systems.
• Familiarity with Figma Code Connect or similar workflows.
