💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end customer onboarding and product implementations for a highly configurable SaaS platform in the financial crime and compliance space. You will act as the key link between new customers and internal delivery teams, ensuring smooth translation of business and technical requirements into fully functional solutions. This contract role offers flexibility and autonomy with approximately 20 hours per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Translate complex customer needs into clear configuration plans

📋 Requirements

• Experience implementing or configuring B2B SaaS or technical enterprise software
• Strong ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert requirements into plans
