You'll partner with Product and Data Science teams to hire exceptional talent for high-impact searches at a fast-growing identity verification company. You'll own full-cycle recruiting and influence hiring decisions with market insights, contributing to a high-performance TA culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Data Science roles
• Build multi-channel sourcing strategies for technical talent
• Advise senior leaders on talent market insights
• Improve recruiting processes and mentor teammates

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with technical hiring focus
• Proven success hiring senior Product Managers and/or Data Scientists
• Experience with high-growth SaaS or tech environments (late-stage/pre-IPO)
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Workday

• Experience hiring AI/ML, deep learning, or GenAI talent
• Partnership with Director, VP, or executive-level stakeholders
