🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute change management strategies for new systems and processes.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and change readiness.
• Lead design and execution of technology pilot programs with AI Committee.
• Drive firmwide communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management or transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success leading change on enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills at all levels.
