💼 About This Role

You'll play a founding role on the Web Experience team, building a brand-new web application for ShareGate Migrate from scratch. Your work will make the Microsoft 365 migration experience more accessible and intuitive, directly impacting thousands of IT professionals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship rich, performant, and accessible interfaces for the new web app
• Turn mockups into reusable, well-structured components
• Integrate Microsoft APIs (Graph, Azure AD, MSAL) for authentication and migration
• Contribute to backend C#/.NET development when needed

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering commercial software with strong customer adoption
• Proven experience building web apps with TypeScript and React
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with databases (relational or non-relational)
• Solid C# / .NET backend development skills
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot)
