๐ผ About This Role
You'll own and grow a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of customers in a rebuild-phase SaaS business, driving expansion, retention, and customer outcomes. This high-ownership role goes beyond relationship management, making you directly responsible for Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and closing expansion deals. You'll help define what 'great' looks like as we transform our Account Management function from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for your book of business
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and close them
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3-4x coverage)
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
- Lead commercial conversations on pricing, renewals, and contracts
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of independently closing expansion opportunities
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools

- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Previous experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or last-mile/logistics tech
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
