💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of new client launches and existing clinical programs, acting as the central quarterback between Client Success, Sales, and Clinical Ops. Your core impact will be turning ambiguity into organized project plans while using data to track and improve program performance. This role sits at the intersection of cross-functional teams and requires a detail-obsessed project manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead implementation of new client launches, mapping clinical workflows.
• Monitor clinical KPIs and supply/demand for ongoing client success.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Clinical Ops, Client Success, Training, Sales, and Credentialing.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management or operations experience in a healthcare setting.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with PM tools (Asana, ClickUp, Salesforce or similar).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid health plans.
• Experience with Quality Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or EHR systems.
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification.
