You'll lead the design and delivery of a structured CPD programme to enhance teaching quality and assessment practice across vocational programmes. You'll coach tutors and conduct observations to drive continuous improvement in learner outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver structured CPD programme for teaching staff.
• Coach and mentor tutors through one-to-one sessions and observations.
• Conduct teaching observations and quality assurance reviews.
• Lead Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes and moderation.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience coaching and mentoring tutors or assessors.
• Experience conducting teaching observations and providing feedback.
• Solid knowledge of Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes.
• Qualification in education and assessment practice (e.g., Level 3 AET).

✨ Nice to Have

• Level 4 IQA qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in blended and online learning environments.
