💼 About This Role

You'll join the F.A.I.R. Ops Analytics team at Instacart to uncover insights and drive improvements across fraud, payments, and billing processes. Your core impact will be developing dashboards, performing A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce fraud costs and enhance data integrity. This role stands out for its strategic influence on fraud mitigation and revenue protection.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and improve KPIs like fraud costs and chargeback volume.
• Develop SSOT dashboards in DBT and Snowflake.
• Design and analyze A/B tests for fraud reduction.
• Identify anomalous shopper patterns indicating fraud.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of analytical experience in payments/fraud/identity.
• High proficiency in SQL with complex queries and optimizations.
• Experience with R/Python (fluency in at least one).
• Experience with visualization tools (Mode, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of e-commerce or CNP payments.
