You'll support BESS asset performance and optimization for a renewable energy portfolio, taking ownership of defined workstreams and building towards full asset accountability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support asset profitability and performance across a portfolio of BESS and other technologies.
• Own defined workstreams for issue management, contractor oversight, and optimization.
• Coordinate incident management and act as first point of contact on minor issues.
• Collaborate with technical and energy markets teams to analyze performance trends.

📋 Requirements

• Associate level with 2–5 years experience in a commercial, financial, or asset management role.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills to interpret data and develop recommendations.
• Understanding of contractual frameworks like O&M, optimisation, or offtake structures.
• High numerical and financial acumen including valuation and performance drivers.

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or renewables.
• Familiarity with BESS asset management.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
