You will drive IT transformation and innovative data-driven business models for energy utilities, designing platform and SAP solutions while leading agile projects and workshops. Contribute to our service offering development and expertise in cloudification and platform architecture.

Requirements

• Several years of project experience in digital change in the energy sector (IT transformation, data management)
• Detailed knowledge of energy utility business processes (Meter-to-Cash)
• Experience in creating functional concepts and operationalizing process designs
• Experience in project management, agile frameworks, project acquisition, and developing service offerings
• Excellent German and English skills, presentation and moderation skills

Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop IT transformation strategies for energy utilities
• Design and implement IT solutions for platform and SAP technologies (cloud, hybrid, on-premise)
• Lead and manage complex transformation projects (partial project management)
• Apply agile methods to enable self-organized and efficient teams
• Facilitate workshops and develop methodological standards for change management
