You'll design and commission electrical control systems for Starship launch pads, integrating PLC code, VFDs, and HMI screens for complex automated solutions. You will work on the launch mount, integration tower, and propellant farm systems that enable SpaceX's fully reusable transportation system. This role offers hands-on involvement with cutting-edge spaceflight hardware.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Architect, design, integrate, and commission control systems for Starship launch pads.
  • Design industrial electrical control panels compliant with NFPA 79/NEC/UL 508A.
  • Write and debug PLC code with emphasis on organized, maintainable code.
  • Configure, commission, and tune VFDs for open- and closed-loop control systems.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in control systems design and commissioning for industrial applications

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Electrical schematic CAD experience using EPLAN
  • Mechanical design experience with Siemens NX or SolidWorks
  • Experience with industrial bus protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, and EtherNet/IP
