Description
You will lead a team of two analysts in the FP&A department, reporting to the SVP of Finance. Your role involves delivering data-driven insights to senior management, evaluating strategic initiatives, monitoring KPIs, and mentoring junior team members, all within a fast-paced global financial services environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in financial services industry in a financial analysis or equity research team
- 2-5 years experience managing a team
- Bachelor's degree required; CFA or CPA a plus
- Competency in digesting financial statements through strong knowledge of accounting standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Prepare executive-level presentations on industry state, competitive positioning, new products/services, and new entrants
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to track progress and identify trends in customer trading behavior
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including investments in other companies
- Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team
