💼 About This Role

You'll join a UX Research team that moves fast and shapes what we build, embedded in product squads testing ideas early. You'll explore uncharted territory in AI-driven commerce, validating emerging concepts and deciding what gets built next. This is a fixed-term maternity cover role until April 2027, with potential for continuation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end research: define goals, build hypotheses, create scenarios
• Recruit US customers for interviews creatively and persistently
• Uncover user needs through qualitative research and validate with quantitative data
• Communicate insights in real-time via Slack, quick debriefs, and live sessions

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as a UX Researcher (mid/senior level)
• Thrive in startup mode with shifting priorities and ambiguity
• Define clear research goals, hypotheses, and scenarios
• Communicate insights clearly and concisely, sharing early and often
