• Solve advanced server hardware issues with in-depth troubleshooting
• Handle L1/L2 tasks through ticket system proactively
• Update documentation and processes for IT hardware team
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support

• Datacenter and server equipment knowledge
• Advanced IT hardware troubleshooting experience
• Advanced Unix/Linux command line skills
• Proficiency in English
