You'll lead one of the teams delivering the Zable App used by over 1 million customers. You'll act as both a visionary and hands-on leader, driving delivery efficiency, technical excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the chance to work with a cutting-edge tech stack including Kotlin, React Native, and AWS.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize the delivery process to feature releases
• Collaborate with Product Managers on feature vs tech improvements
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Drive technical strategy aligned with business goals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong understanding of mobile app development process
• Experience managing cross-functional backend and frontend teams
• Proven ability to balance feature delivery with technical improvements

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
• Familiarity with Kotlin, React Native, and AWS
• Experience with GraphQL
