💼 About This Role

You'll execute and optimize high-volume paid acquisition channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google in a fast-paced environment. You'll report to the CMO, driving campaign setup, data analysis, and creative iteration. Your work will directly scale our user base from 50M to 100M users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Create scalable acquisition funnels with proper tracking
• Prepare new ad concepts and set up audience tests
• Monitor campaign performance and flag anomalies

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data/Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA)
• Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, Voluum)
• Experience in regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth)
