💼 About This Role

You'll deploy and support Anduril's defense products in the field, working closely with engineering teams to iteratively improve systems. Your core impact will be ensuring high availability and performance of counter intrusion systems while tackling complex hardware-software-networking issues. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge military technology in a fast-paced defense startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute technical operations and field maintenance for defense projects
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments
• Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams
• Develop operational and logistical plans for various events

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of problem-solving in unstructured environments at hardware/software/networking interface
• Ability to climb towers to install and maintain sensor equipment
• Mechanical aptitude to repair generators, solar power systems, hydraulic systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance of tower structural components

✨ Nice to Have

• B.S. in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
• Prior tower climbing certifications (OSHA 10/30)
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
