You'll join the Payments Authorization team to monitor and optimize financial transaction authorization processes. You'll ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer experience through detailed data analysis and continuous improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze card authorization performance, identifying patterns and anomalies.
• Develop reports and dashboards for key metrics like approval rates and response times.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Fraud, and Customer Service teams on operational issues.
• Investigate complex authorization cases and propose data-driven solutions.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to optimize authorization parameters.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Systems Analysis, IT Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Basic knowledge of Tableau or Power BI.
• Intermediate SQL skills.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
