💼 About This Role

You'll lead a product squad to build aged care and B2B solutions at a fast-growing healthtech platform. Your work will directly shape how older Australians and people with disability access support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and guide a squad of Design, Data, and Engineering members
• Work across Mable's aged care products and HomeMade's B2B proposition
• Build industry-leading customer experiences for consumer and B2B contexts
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, engineering, and data teams

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in consumer SaaS, enterprise, e-commerce, or marketplace product
• Deep knowledge of analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Comfortable in an agile environment working closely with engineering
• Ability to manage stakeholder insights and scope delightful outcomes

• Experience with a regulated environment (e.g., NDIS, aged care)
• Experience working across multiple brands or larger enterprise platforms
