Description

As a Lead Product Designer at Headout, you will shape how users globally discover, decide, and book real-life experiences. You'll own end-to-end product strategy, from early exploration to shipping, and work on complex design challenges at scale.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of consumer-facing digital product design experience across mobile and web
• Track record of driving meaningful improvements for users and business metrics
• Ability to define problems from ambiguous inputs and fragmented insights
• Experience using AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code in production workflow
• Strong attention to detail across UI and interactions

Responsibilities

• Shape how users discover, decide, and book experiences across mobile and web
• Own end-to-end design strategy from exploration to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to drive improvements for users and business
• Contribute to AI-first ways of working, using AI tools in design workflow
• Raise the bar for design craft across the team
