Description

As a Principal Consultant in AI Governance at Celonis, you'll accelerate customers' digital transformation by developing data-driven process insights and complex data models using SQL and AI/ML. You'll advise C-level stakeholders on AI compliance and lead engagements to define responsible AI goals, ensuring customers derive maximum value from Celonis technology.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, or Process Improvement
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Master's degree or PhD in Law, Political Science, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead Celonis implementation projects to address customer pain points
• Design innovative analyses and operational apps with ML/AI for process transparency
• Advise C-level stakeholders on AI compliance regulatory roadmap
• Collaborate with senior executives to define Responsible AI goals
• Conduct value workshops to quantify business potential and implement automation
