You'll design and build state-of-the-art CVR prediction models that power Unity's ad ranking and recommendation systems. Your work will directly improve bidding optimization and budget pacing for advertisers. This role offers the chance to tackle complex challenges at scale within a leading game engine ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance CTR/CVR prediction models for ad ranking.
• Build and refine systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling.
• Monitor model performance, calibrate predictions, and address data drift or delayed feedback.
• Set long-term technical direction, plan engineering designs, and oversee project execution.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience building and operating large-scale Ads delivery systems.
• 3+ years building CTR/CVR prediction or user behavior modeling systems.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Scala, C++ or similar programming languages.

• Experience productionizing optimization algorithms in an ad serving platform.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and control systems.
• Experience with large-scale data analysis and experimentation methodologies.
