Description

You will serve as the technical counterpart to our sales teams, building solutions for customers to succeed in their direct mail programs. You'll partner with Account Executives to close pipeline and increase win rates, with opportunities to shape the future of direct mail.

Requirements

• 3+ years tech/SaaS experience as a Solutions Engineer partnering with Account Executives
• Proven track record of consistent success (e.g., President's Club or over-achievement of goals)
• Technical proficiency on APIs and third-party integrations
• Working knowledge of CRM, CDP or marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to define relationship for seamless communication on net new and expansion opportunities
• Conduct demos, consult prospects and customers to identify business goals and translate needs into actionable steps
• Position solutions against competitors and become a direct mail expert
• Complete new hire training and shadow experienced team members
• Define key success metrics and measure against them
