You'll lead the People Operations team to deliver scalable, efficient processes and embed AI-enabled tools for a high-growth travel company. You'll own core services from payroll to benefits, ensuring operational excellence and a great employee experience. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the People Operations team
• Own and improve core people operations processes
• Drive operational rigor with SLAs and governance
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities
• Oversee the people tech stack and vendor relationships

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in People Operations or similar operational role
• Experience with AI/automation deployment in an operational context
• Strong people management experience with a track record of developing teams
• Experience with HR systems (hiBob desirable) and global operations

• Additional language skills: German, Dutch, Polish, or Czech
