💼 About This Role

You'll oversee and maintain Wave's buildings, operational areas, and specialized equipment in Ouagadougou. You will ensure clean and well-organized office environments and coordinate with third-party service providers. This role is key to supporting a rapidly growing fintech making Africa cashless.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organized office environments.
• Coordinate and track maintenance work orders.
• Supervise a team of contractors (cleaning, landscaping, painting, repairs).
• Oversee the company vehicle fleet and fuel consumption.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Facilities, Office Management or similar.
• Degree or Diploma in business administration or related field.
• Fluency in English, French, and local languages.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
