Description

You will provide technical support and solutions to the sales team and customers, demonstrating ExtraHop solutions and conducting Proof-of-Concepts to address customer needs. Your role involves analyzing requirements, articulating security value propositions, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years selling Cloud and Cyber Security technology into large Enterprises with direct AWS, Azure or GCP experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area or equivalent knowledge
  • Minimum 1 year experience working directly with cloud concepts
  • Complex and strategic selling experience
  • Native-German language skills
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-architecture concepts, risk management, and knowledge of key protocols across Layers 2-7
  • Broad understanding of enterprise information technologies across the full OSI stack, cloud concepts
  • In-depth knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering Concepts
  • Familiarity with automation and infrastructure as code technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to focus on results while working independently
  • Ability to adapt to changing goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Works cooperatively with others
  • Works well in fast-paced, high-stress environments
  • Has predictable, reliable attendance

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ExtraHop solutions and differentiate them from competition
  • Independently conduct Proof-of-Concepts from installation to data interpretation
  • Identify compelling events and offer optimal ExtraHop solutions
  • Assess prospective customer needs and uncover requirements for cloud security solutions
  • Articulate security value proposition to prospective customers and partners
  • Support sales process by mapping technical capabilities to business drivers
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to prepare proposals
  • Partner with Sales and Product Development teams to develop cloud security solutions
