💼 About This Role

You'll join a team building the first global cellular broadband network in space, assembling spacecraft structural components at our satellite production facility. Your hands-on work directly supports satellite hardware production for advanced LEO satellites. This role offers full relocation to Midland, TX and the chance to work on one of the most advanced space manufacturing programs in the country.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble spacecraft structural components per engineering drawings and specifications
• Install aerospace fasteners, rivets, bolts, and nut plates with proper torque
• Perform drilling, reaming, countersinking, and precision fitting of structures
• Assemble and bond composite and metallic satellite frame components

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or aircraft structures assembly
• Experience installing aerospace fasteners and structural hardware
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
• Experience with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and composite materials

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with spacecraft or satellite structures
• Familiarity with composite bonding and structural repairs
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments
