Description
You will partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives, develop recruitment strategies, and own full-cycle recruitment to secure top talent for Agoda. You'll build a network of high-potential candidates, engage in creative talent mapping, and work on recruitment projects to improve hiring standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years recruiting experience in fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency
- Ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven approach
- Experience closing candidates at all levels and negotiating compensation
- Strong computer skills (LinkedIn, Job Boards, Greenhouse, MS Office)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
