💼 About This Role

You'll draft, negotiate, and execute creator/talent agreements for brand clients, working closely with the Sr. Director and a Contract Specialist. Your core impact is managing contract workflows and advising on IP risks and regulations to ensure smooth project execution. This role stands out for its exposure to the creator economy and global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, redline, and negotiate creator agreements.
• Advise and coordinate agreement approvals with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate and negotiate with creators, agents, and legal counsel.
• Manage tasks using Asana, trackers, and email workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, marketing, or entertainment.
• Experience with talent/creator contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of social media rules and FTC guidelines.
• Strong understanding of Intellectual Property principles and content rights clearance.
