💼 About This Role

You'll design and build across the full stack, shipping end-to-end features for a sustainability data platform used by real estate investment teams. You'll work closely with product and design to turn complex data into powerful tools and contribute to code review standards and architecture decisions. This role lets you shape the product, not just execute a backlog.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship full-stack features across a data-intensive platform
• Build and maintain LLM-powered features including RAG pipelines
• Lead architectural decisions for backend systems handling growth
• Set engineering standards for code reviews, testing, and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of fullstack engineering experience
• Deep experience in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Production experience with LLM integration including prompt engineering and RAG
• Experience with FastAPI, Laravel, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, or ECharts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with large, complex datasets and building clear systems
• Experience with web metrics, monitoring, and observability tooling
• Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
