You'll provide technical support to clinicians and patients for a healthcare technology startup that revolutionizes chronic disease care. You'll guide older adults through Android tablet usage and RPM device connectivity, ensuring seamless virtual appointments and data accuracy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle tech support requests from clinicians or patients end-to-end
• Guide non-tech-savvy patients through Android tablet and Knox settings
• Collaborate with Engineering to escalate and resolve technical issues
• Run queries and check analytics using Azure CosmosDB or Device Analytics

📋 Requirements

• Android Tablets and Samsung Knox Suite expertise
• Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone proficiency
• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Athenahealth
• Experience with medical devices like blood pressure monitors
• Familiarity with GitLab or Azure DevOps
