💼 About This Role

You'll oversee multi-station broadcast radio facilities across four markets, ensuring 100% uptime of on-air and streaming products. This hybrid role requires travel, after-hours, and on-call availability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Inspect and repair broadcast radio station equipment including transmitters and antennas
• Maintain AoIP and automation systems (e.g., Zetta, Wheatstone)
• Ensure FCC compliance and perform Chief Operator duties
• Diagnose equipment issues and restore broadcast operations during emergencies

📋 Requirements

• Technical training school or 2-4 years related experience
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

✨ Nice to Have

• SBE or computer-related certification
• Experience with AM directional antenna systems
• Familiarity with networking and wireless devices
