You'll lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives selling the Qualtrics Experience Management platform to higher education institutions. Your core impact will be coaching the team on sales strategy, pipeline management, and contract negotiations to drive revenue growth. You'll also help scale the team by recruiting and developing top sales talent.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 6-9 Account Executives in sales strategy and pipeline management.
- Coach direct reports on opportunity management and career development.
- Recruit, retain, and nurture experienced sales professionals.
- Provide training on complex sales motions including contract negotiations.
๐ Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of enterprise-level sales experience.
- At least 2 years managing a corporate-level sales team.
- Experience using Salesforce.com and measuring system compliance.
- Experience working on complex contract negotiations.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience using MEDDIC sales processes.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
