You'll drive outbound sales for Nitra's medical supply and Rx marketplace, building relationships with healthcare decision-makers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and events. You'll grow sales from the ground up in a high-impact role with potential to exceed 100% of base salary through performance. This position offers equity and commission in a fast-growing fintech company backed by top VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily cold outreach via phone, email, and door-to-door visits
  • Build relationships with office managers and physicians
  • Attend medical conferences to network and close sales
  • Deliver persuasive product demonstrations to win new accounts

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with cold calling
  • Experience in medical sales (supplies, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
