💼 About This Role

You'll lead the evolution of AI fluency programs at a fast-paced crypto company, shaping how employees work and grow. You'll own enterprise capability strategies and facilitate sessions that drive measurable performance outcomes. This role puts you at the center of building a strategic L&D function from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead the AI fluency program (AIQ) and build a multi-format learning ecosystem.
• Facilitate live and virtual workshops on AI and performance skills.
• Manage onsite learning requests and ensure quality delivery.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to identify skill gaps and design solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in Learning & Development or enablement at a strategic level.
• AI practitioner experience: built tools, automated workflows, or designed AI-powered experiences.
• Facilitation and coaching skills across diverse audiences including executives and engineers.
• Needs analysis experience: translating findings into learning strategies with senior leadership buy-in.
