You'll join a dynamic HR team supporting a leading automotive dealership group across the Chicagoland area. You'll manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to employee relations. This role offers growth opportunities in a supportive, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer full employee life cycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist with employee relations matters and investigations.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of key employment laws and requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to travel to other locations in the Chicagoland area.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
