🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives
• Oversee compensation structures, equity, and incentive programs
• Manage benefits design, vendor relationships, and compliance
• Partner with executive leadership and Compensation Committee

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive total rewards experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Finance
• Experience in biotech or life sciences industry
• Expertise in executive compensation and equity administration

• Advanced degree or certification (CCP, CBP, GRP, CEBS)
• Global total rewards experience
• Experience supporting commercial-stage organizations
