π― What You'll Do
- Develop total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee compensation structures, equity, and incentive programs
- Manage benefits design, vendor relationships, and compliance
- Partner with executive leadership and Compensation Committee
π Requirements
- 10+ years progressive total rewards experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Finance
- Experience in biotech or life sciences industry
- Expertise in executive compensation and equity administration

- Advanced degree or certification (CCP, CBP, GRP, CEBS)
- Global total rewards experience
- Experience supporting commercial-stage organizations
