๐ผ About This Role
You'll define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Decagon's healthcare vertical, landing flagship multi-year 7-figure deals with top US health plans, providers, and life sciences companies. You'll write the healthcare sales playbook from scratch, building the foundation for future sellers. This role reports to the VP of Sales and is fully in-person in San Francisco.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define and execute healthcare go-to-market strategy
- Close flagship 7-figure-plus deals across payer, provider, life sciences
- Build C-suite relationships across buying committees
- Author the healthcare sales playbook for future sellers
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales
- 4+ years selling into healthcare
- Track record of breaking into top US health plans, providers, or life sciences
- 7-figure multi-year deals in complex procurement environments
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI or conversational AI into healthcare
- Existing rolodex at top 10 payers, top 30 health systems, or top 20 pharma
- Founding seller or first vertical hire experience
