You'll join a growing field sales team to expand market reach and build trusted partnerships with dealerships across the Nashville region. You'll own your territory through daily on-site visits, driving growth in the automotive finance sector. This role offers hands-on engagement with daily dealer visits and the chance to make a direct impact in a performance-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential dealership partners to expand market share.
  • Deliver exceptional support and ensure satisfaction of existing dealer partners.
  • Conduct market research to uncover trends and adjust strategies.
  • Promote brand visibility through strategic outreach and communication.

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • At least 2 years in most recent role (consistent professional growth).
  • Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management.
  • Willingness to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person dealer visits.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
