Description

You will shape, build, and scale our B2B SaaS platform, blending hands-on product execution with strategic leadership. You'll own customer discovery, product strategy, and backlog management, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes for complex B2B customers.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience building multi-persona B2B products with complex workflows.
• Proven success helping scale products or companies from roughly $10M to $100M ARR.
• Strong experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience acting as a Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for your domain, aligning customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Conduct regular customer and user research through interviews, feedback analysis, and usage data.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in close partnership with Engineering.
• Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing.
