💼 About This Role

You'll own documentation end-to-end for Binalyze's incident investigation platform AIR, used by enterprise SOCs and IR teams worldwide. Your work will turn complex technical systems into clear, structured content that helps security experts act faster. This is our first Documentation Engineer hire, so you'll shape how the entire knowledge system evolves.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engineer and maintain documentation infrastructure
• Build automation tooling for content workflows
• Integrate AI into documentation pipelines
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Experience in Docs-as-Code environments (Git, Markdown, static site generators)
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for documentation
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and developer-facing documentation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or cybersecurity company
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms like n8n or Zapier
• Track record of integrating documentation into agile sprints
