💼 About This Role

You'll execute new configuration introductions and perform process development for optical assemblies used in Starlink satellites at SpaceX's Redmond facility. You'll triage test failures, assess non-conforming hardware, and implement process improvements to drive yield and cost. This role directly supports the low Earth orbit satellite constellation enabling global broadband internet.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and manage new configuration introduction into production area
• Perform process development and validation on new designs
• First-level triage of test failures using test logs and telemetry
• Design and implement assembly fixtures to improve manufacturing process

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years professional experience in hands-on manufacturing environment

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
• Experience as Lead Technician on assembly or test of sub-assemblies
• Ability to read detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions
