You'll lead a team of data engineers architecting scalable data pipelines on Azure. You'll own the migration from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT, driving enterprise-grade automation and data governance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers.
• Own end-to-end data migration from Snowflake to Azure Databricks and DBT.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and infrastructure in Azure.
• Establish data engineering standards, governance, and CI/CD workflows.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading data engineering teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and DBT.
• Deep expertise in Terraform and infrastructure-as-code.
• Mandatory experience in the insurance industry.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with data governance frameworks (data cataloging, lineage, quality).
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards for insurance/financial data.
• Familiarity with streaming and real-time data processing (Kafka, Event Hubs).
