Description

You will lead and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives targeting organizations with up to 2000 employees in the EMEA region. You'll drive revenue growth, refine sales processes, and partner with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies in a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS company.

Requirements

  • Few years managing a successful commercial sales team in B2B SaaS, or few years as top individual contributor in velocity sales role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with hands-on approach
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of CAEs targeting organizations with up to 2000 employees
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve team targets through a streamlined sales motion
  • Partner with internal teams on go-to-market strategies and operational excellence
  • Establish and refine best practices for prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure
  • Act as trusted advisor to customers and Sigma's leadership team
