💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop automation and infrastructure services for Navan's travel and expense platform. You'll work cross-functionally to build fault-tolerant, scalable systems and drive adoption of AI tools to improve reliability. This role offers the chance to shape infrastructure for a high-growth startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Identify and mitigate reliability anti-patterns systemically.
• Define SLO/SLI frameworks and blameless post-mortem practices.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive SRE or DevOps experience.
• 2+ years in a 24x7 production environment.
• Hands-on with Java based applications and JVM tuning.
• Experience with AWS cloud and Terraform or CloudFormation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Python, Node.js, or Go experience.
• Experience with AI/ML microservices and LLM platforms.
• Mentoring junior engineers.
